We Provide Delivery Across the Continental USA!

Studio 71 Office Furnishings delivers across the continental United States, using UPS, FedEx and common carriers. Large volume orders may qualify for additional discounts, click here to request a quote. Purchase orders are have free shipping "Dock-to-Dock" (or "Tailgate") within the Continental USA..

We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on any refused shipments, or when additional delivery services are rendered. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your place an order and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

Many of our products ship unassembled in cartons. Unless otherwise indicated, all products have some assembly required. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed.

UPS Deliveries
When possible, your package will ship via UPS; doorstep service is usually available. UPS will not notify you prior to delivery.

Truck Deliveries
Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery"; the driver will move the items to the back of the truck and back up to your dock. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence.

If you do not have a dock and/or need the items lowered to the ground, there is an additional charge for Lift Gate Service.

Inside delivery is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge.  We will be more than happy to provide installation services, just let us know. 

Truck shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for lack of signatures.

Truck drivers WILL NOT carry your cartons up stairs unders any circumstances due to liability.  Any special delivery requests MUST BE discussed and planned for prior delivery.
