Sheila Wallace. Melanie has over 25 years of experience in providing office supply products, furniture and project management to the GSA and State market.
Studio 71 is also a Licensed Interior Design firm in the State of Florida, IB26001371. Sheila Wallace IIDA, Interior Designer, has over 40 years of experience in commercial interior design and contract office furniture. All Planning and specifications are provided from the interior Design Department.
Studio 71 Project Management Services provide comprehensive support for the design, reconfiguration, relocation, increasing or downsizing office spaces and similar facilities. We work with our clients to determine space for casting and building analyses. We provide
interior design and configuration of existing office assets as well as 2 and 3 dimensional drawings. Studio 71 also has a specification department that oversees the accuracy and layouts of the products provided and develop project management plans and implementation
strategies, which identify all significant issues related to the project. We partner with clients and manage interior design process to ensure it meets clients’ requirements. Develop and manage the phasing of the reconfiguration project and assist in preparing the budget requirements for the furnishings and equipment acquisition, delivery and installation following all of the GSA rules and regulations requirements in the process.
Our site team (including but not limited to: delivery staff, installers, maintenance and
managers) are experienced, bonded and insured. Our project managers personally inspect and oversee each job site with the installation supervisor. In addition, we have a team available to coordinate office moves. We manage inventory of existing furniture & equipment, provide a floor plan of the new configuration and incorporate your existing furniture to reduce waste and better suit your new office requirements.
