The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions as well as Return Policy. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or 'Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings or a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Clients needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therfore as referring to same.
Payment
Cash or Purchase Order, all major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection agencies. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be accommodated providing the order have NOT SHIPPED. In the event the product has shipped, cancellation or changes CANNOT be made. Notification for instance, via email, phone, and or fax will be accepted at any time prior to order shipment. If for whatever reason "You" attempt to cancel an order and reject an order after shipment, you will be charged for any restocking charge the manufacturer requires.
Return Policy
Opened or assembled items purchased through Studio 71 are not eligible for return. Items that do not fit the desired space due to purchaser mismeasurement, or do not match existing colors, textures, edge details or hardware details are not the responsibility of Studio 71 Office Furnishings and are not eligible for return. Fabric and wood samples are available for review if you are unsure prior to purchase at no additional costs. Due to color variations on different monitors and color printers, if you are concerned about exact matches, etc. and wish to clarify, please contact us to ensure proper color representation. Studio 71 will not be responsible for any selectins of color from the website.
Damages
In the event damage is apparent at delivery, it is imperative you contact customer service at 1 855 904 7171. Carrier regulations require notification within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
*IMPORTANT: upon receipt of your shipment, carefully insect the packaging and notate any carton damage directly on the receiving documentation and/or bill of lading. Note any observation of rough handling. If you can take a picture of the damage please do and forward to "us" immediately to resolve the problem promply.
